Shipping Options
For UK orders, we offer our customers two shipping
options:
a) Standard - All standard orders are normally dispatched using
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and usually
delivered between 2 to 3 working days.
b) Expedited - All expedited orders are normally
dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Your order will be prioritised and usually delivered between 1 to 2
working days.
If orders are received before 12 noon on a working day
(Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), items are
normally dispatched same day. Orders received after 12
noon will be dispatched the next available shipping day.
For deliveries outside the UK, we offer a standard
postal service provided by Royal Mail Air Sure or
International Signed For.
At TechnoField we use Royal
Mail as our primary shipper however we also use services
provided by selected courier companies. You may receive
your order by a variety of shipping methods and your
order may not be entirely complete because we dispatch
from multiple warehouses. Rest assured that
your order will be completed very shortly afterwards.
You will be informed via email if your order is shipped
from different warehouses.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges include the costs of postage and
packaging. To obtain the total shipping cost, you simply
add the "base rate" of the delivery service you require
and the corresponding "per item" cost.

Total shipping cost = "Base Rate" + (# of items) x "Per
Item"
e.g. A customer in the UK who wants to purchase 2 items
of "Universal Laptop Adapter" with Standard delivery
option would pay:
Total shipping cost = £ 3.50 + 2 x £ 0.70 = £ 4.90
Customers will be presented with an estimate of their
shipping costs from the cart before going through
checkout. They need to select the country where
they are purchasing from and they will be presented with
the cheapest shipping option available.
During checkout please ensure you select the
appropriate shipping option e.g. in the UK this would be Standard or
Expedited. The shipping cost is automatically
calculated based on the number of items in your shopping
cart. Delayed or Missing
Items Please note that delivery may take
longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt
postal services. Please note also that we will
need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace
or refund lost items
Product Availability
We aim to ensure the products advertised on our website
are in-stock, however all items are subject to
availability and some items may be withdrawn without
notice. If an item is out of stock we will inform you
via email and you will not be charged.
Returns Policy

We are a UK based registered company offering excellent
customer service and after sales support, so please buy
goods from us with 100% confidence.
Returning Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
For whatever reasons if you are not satisfied with the
goods purchased or simply not suitable, then in
accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a 7 days
cooling off period that starts the day after you receive
the goods.
If you would like to make a return, please email us to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
and state the reason for return. When returning goods,
the RMA number must be clearly marked on your returned
goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the
goods. Goods returned without an RMA number or copy
invoice will not be accepted.
Please note that goods must be returned new, unused and
in its original condition. A refund will be issued once
the product has been returned and the return is
processed (approximately 48 hours after receipt). We do
not refund the original shipping costs, nor do we pay
for the return shipping.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the goods
to the address detailed in our "Contact" page. When
you return your item please make sure it is well
protected and you obtain a Certificate of Posting (COP),
available free from the Post Office. This is to protect
you (up to the value of £ 34.00) in the event that your
goods are lost by the Royal Mail, as they remain your
responsibility until they reach us. If the item is over
£ 34.00 we will cover you for the excess as long as the
COP can be sent to us.
Returning Faulty Items
If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us
within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the
defective item for you free of charge.
Please email us to obtain an RMA number and state the
reason for return. Please include the RMA number and
copy of your invoice when returning goods. Items
returned will be tested and if found defective, the
buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit
immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is
not available a refund will be issued. If the item is
not found defective, the item will be sent back to the
buyer at buyer's expense.
We shall refund to you the reasonable return shipping
costs you have incurred. Customers electing to return
items via courier services do so at their own discretion
and we are unfortunately unable to refund these costs
over and above Royal Mail Standard rates.

RMA Expiry Date
Once an RMA is issued, goods must be returned within
14 days of the RMA date, or the RMA will be cancelled.
Goods that have been approved for exchange or for return
for credit, which is returned after the expiration of
the RMA will not be accepted.
Warranty
All of our products come with manufacturer's 12 months
repair and replace warranty. Please note that invoice
should be retained and your warranty is void without a
valid invoice. Customer must first obtain a RMA number
prior to returning, and TechnoField will not warrant any
products which have been subjected to improper freight
handling/shipping, accidental damage, abuse, neglect,
wear and tear or unauthorised repair or installation.
